BAPTISM

REQUIREMENTS

– Register as a parishioner
– Identify godparents
– Meet with Father Scott
– Set baptism date

*Please visit with Fr. Scott after Mass to discuss arranging for a baptism.

CONFIRMATION

Children are Confirmed every 2 years. They prepare for Confirmation through Religious Education. Adults may prepare through the RCIA program.

Requirement:  Complete four Service Projects or Works of Mercy.

EUCHARIST

Children prepare for First Holy Communion in 2nd grade. After completing the sacrament of reconciliation, they are prepared to receive the most central sacrament of our faith. Adults may prepare for this through the RCIA program.

SACRAMENT OF HEALING

PENANCE

Parishioners may learn about this sacrament through Religious Education in 2nd grade or through joining the Right of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA). Upon completing the necessary formation, the parishioner may receive this sacrament through regularly scheduled reconciliation times.

ANOINTING OF THE SICK

Anointing of the Sick is bestowed upon those who are chronically or terminally ill. The special grace of this Sacrament is also offered prior to surgery.

MARRIAGE

Requirements:
– Contact the parish at least 6 months in advance
– Meet with the priest to complete FOCCUS marriage preparation
– Attend a marriage retreat
