Building Expansion Project

Rooted in Faith, Grounded in Community.

A season of

Discernment & Growth

For many years, St. Joseph Catholic Church has been blessed with a growing and vibrant parish community. As our ministries, religious education programs, and parish life continue to expand, we are prayerfully discerning how our facilities can best support our mission, both now and for generations to come.

We are currently in the early stages of exploring a potential building expansion project. No final decisions have been made. Our focus at this time is on gathering information, evaluating needs, and listening to our parish community.

See the fact sheet here

Where We Are in the Process

We are working with BCBM Architects to better understand:

– Our current and future space needs
– Potential design concepts
– Estimated project scope and phasing
– Financial feasibility

The next step under consideration is a feasibility study, which would help determine whether a capital campaign is viable and what level of support may exist within the parish. If we move forward, this study would guide whether we proceed to a formal fundraising effort.

Should a feasibility study indicate strong support, we would anticipate a 3–6 month capital fundraising campaign as the next phase.

Transparency & Communication

We are committed to keeping our parish informed at every stage. Updates will be shared as major milestones are reached. Once construction begins (if approved), we will provide regular monthly updates.

All key documents, letters, and planning materials will be available here on this page. Our goal is to proceed prayerfully, transparently, and in unity as a parish family.

Rooted in Mission

Any potential expansion is not about buildings alone; it is about strengthening the mission of St. Joseph Catholic Church to proclaim the Gospel, form disciples, and serve our community.

We ask for your continued prayers as we seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance in this important time of discernment.
